Ueno Juri’s hair rocks

(Good, better, best; L-R: during Nodame Cantabile, undated; and during Last Friends)
Granted, it’s part of their trade – haircuts are done regardless to truly step into their TV roles. Still, I find Ueno Juri’s got guts to sport spunky and really short hair. Last saw her with slightly longer hair as Noda Megumi in Nodame Cantabile live action. Like her role, it was carefree and cutesy.
Her seamless transition from that to boyish and tough-looking Kishimoto Ruka in Last Friends is remarkable and greatly attributable in my opinion to the attitude she exudes on account of her hair.
For those who are hesitant to take the plunge and go for short hair, I found this awesome website : UK Hairdressers’ virtual hairstyle. It looks like this:

At that site you can upload your picture and select from various hairstyles (including various hair tints) for free.

yes2!at first i didnt recognize her when i watched the prisoner of love credit and i thought her hairstyle was cool!
then i browsed the last friends’ dramawiki and shockingly it was her!
her hair suits her well!
When you’re that pretty you can get away with anything. I say this with just a hint of bitterness. Haha.
awesome
Pleasantly surprised to get a comment here, this being such an old post. Also glad to be reminded, since I am in dire need of a hair cut. So hot here!!!
totally agree! her best haircut was her really short hair as Ruka! She should keep that hair cut, it makes her face look slimmer and prettier too!
